Davenport employees recently visited A Baby Center in Hyannis, The Family Pantry in Harwich and Katelynn’s Closet in South Yarmouth to deliver holiday cheer and supportive donations to the three community organizations. With pickup trucks and vans full of requested items, company representatives arrived at each organization to unload donated goods and present checks to the directors. Employees from Davenport Realty, Red Jacket Resorts, Thirwood Place, All Cape Self Storage and Cape Cod Fence participated in the program.
Donated goods and employee checks including a company match totaling over $20,000, were presented to assist with the organizations’ continued good works in the community.
Davenport's Charitable Donation Committee also distributed grants for $3,000 to The Cape Cod Times Needy Fund and $1,000 each to the American Red Cross Cape Cod & Islands Chapter, Audible Local Ledger of Mashpee, CHAMP House of Hyannis, Hyannis Youth & Community Center, Boys & Girls Club of Cape Cod, White Mountain Community Health Center of Conway, NH and The Gibson Center of North Conway, NH.
